Read the “prohibited weapon” definition in § 13-3101(A)(8) in full on 2026-09-05. Searched for an Arizona extreme-risk or red-flag order on 2026-09-05. What comes back is § 13-3101(A)(7)(a), which makes someone a prohibited possessor after a court finds them a danger to self or others under the civil commitment statute § 36-540.
